Status of my support/help request

If you contacted the StandOut Admissions Network help desk (by using the Submit a Request link), you can see the status of your requests at any time, by going to Technical Support > your user menu (in the upper right) > My activities.

On your Activities page under "My Requests" are links to all your help requests. Click or tap any item there to see its full history and current status.
