A college's "Start Application" button is only available if the college is currently accepting applications for one or more terms.
If there are no open terms that you can apply to, the button is not usable.
Why would a term not be available?
Some examples of the reasons are:
- An application for the Fall term might be available only between August and December, so in July, the application is not available yet.
- An application for Spring needs to be submitted by Feb 1, so on Feb 2, the application period has already ended.
