In the Citizenship Information section, if you answer "No" to "Are you a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National," "Are you a U.S. Permanent Resident or Refugee," and "Do You Hold a Current U.S. Visa," a question asking "Have You Been Approved to Receive DACA Status?" appears.
