In the Citizenship Information section, if you answer "No" to "Are you a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National," "Are you a U.S. Permanent Resident or Refugee," and "Do You Hold a Current U.S. Visa," a question asking "Have You Been Approved to Receive DACA Status?" appears.

Answering Yes to "Have You Been Approved to Receive DACA Status?" displays "Expiration Date of DACA Status" for you to fill out.

See the Citizenship Information Help Desk article for more details about this section.
