Invalid or redundant document or recommendation request

In cases where a counselor or other recommender has multiple email addresses in the StandOut Admissions Network system, it's possible for a student to request a document or recommendation from the same person more than once, using two or more different email addresses for the same person.

In these cases, the request to that person's primary StandOut Admissions Network address is considered the correct request, and any other requests sent to that person are marked as "invalid" or "redundant."
