Unfortunately, College Board can't cancel or refund payments for scores once the order has begun processing or has been delivered.
- Score reports can be refunded if orders are canceled within 24 hours and have not been processed or sent.
- Score reports that are being processed or have been delivered cannot be canceled.
- Rush score reports cannot be refunded.
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment.
