Determining enrollment status

When you begin your StandOut Admissions Network profile, your enrollment status is typically determined by college credits earned and whether you are a citizen or resident of the United States, but each school has its own set of requirements (for example, some schools require a minimum number of credits earned before they will consider you a transfer student).

If you have earned college credits, you will be initially classified as a Transfer Applicant, but individual schools may classify you differently after you provide more information in your profile.

International transfer

If you have earned college credits and are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, you will be initially classified as an International Transfer Applicant, but schools may classify you differently based on their individual standards.
